Al Rajhi Capital announcement regarding the distributions of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of Al Rajhi Saudi Equity Income Fund
Al Rajhi Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the unitholders of Al Rajhi Saudi Equity Income Fund for the semiannual dividends maturity period as in 31st Oct 2021, as per following:
- Total distributed dividends (3,880,427.20) Saudi Riyal.
- Cash distributions shall be based on (12,934,757.34) outstanding units.
- The amounts of dividends distributed is (0.30) Saudi Riyal for each unit.
- The distribution ratio is (1.44%) of the net asset value as on Sunday 25/3/1443H corresponding to 31/10/2021G
- Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Sunday 25/3/1443H corresponding to 31/10/2021G
- Distributions will be paid within (5) business days.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
