You have conducted transactions in security markets of not less than 40 million Saudi Riyals in total, and have made not less than 10 transactions in each quarter during the last 12 months.

Net asset value of not less than 5 million Saudi Riyals.

You hold the General Securities Qualification Certificate (CME-1) which is issued by the Capital Market Authority.
