Al Rajhi Capital announces a change in the membership of the board of Al Rajhi REIT Fund, due to Appointing of board member Rami AlKouz, Non-Independent Fund Board as of 16/12/1447H, corresponding to 1/06/2026 AD. The formation of the board after the change shall be:
- Meshal Al-Shenaifi, Chairman of the fund - Independent

- Abdulaziz Al-Omair, Independent Member
- Turki Alresayes, Independent Member
- Hossam Albasrawi, Non-Independent Member
- Rami AlKouz, Non-Independent Member
